The Integrated Equipment combines the EDI module and the yin and yang mixed bed module in the same device, which integrates complex processes, has a small footprint, compact structure, and beautiful appearance (integrated).

The EDI module organically combines electrodialysis technology and ion exchange technology. It is a new type of membrane separation technology that can effectively remove trace ions in water and make the resistivity of purified water reach more than 15MΩ·cm in the entire depth. There is no need to add any chemicals in the process of desalination, no pollution to the environment occurs, the water utilization rate is high, and ultrapure water can be continuously prepared.
The yin and yang mixed bed module is installed after the EDI module to further purify the water. The yin and yang mixed bed module can be divided into a first yin and yang mixed bed module and a second yin and yang mixed bed module. Above MΩ, the secondary yin-yang mixed bed module reprocesses the water produced by the primary yin-yang mixed bed module to make the water quality resistivity above 18 MΩ. The number of yin and yang mixed bed module levels can be designed according to customer needs.

(1) EDI module
The EDI device is mainly composed of alternately arranged cation exchange membranes, concentrated water chambers, anion exchange membranes, fresh water chambers and positive and negative electrodes. Under the action of a direct current electric field, the cations and anions in the ion exchange resin in the fresh water compartment migrate to the negative and positive electrodes along the channel formed by the resin and the membrane, respectively. The cations pass through the cation exchange membrane, and the anions pass through the anion exchange membrane. The thick water is formed in the thick water chamber. At the same time, the cations and anions in the EDI inlet water are exchanged with the hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions in the ion exchange resin to form ultrapure water (high purity water) with a resistivity of 15MΩ·cm or more. The ultra-limiting current enables a large amount of hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions produced by water electrolysis to continuously regenerate the ion exchange resin. Traditional ion exchange requires chemical intermittent regeneration after the ion exchange resin is saturated. The resin in the EDI device is continuously regenerated through the electrolysis of water, and the work is continuous, without the need for acid-base chemical regeneration.
(2) Yin and Yang mixed bed module
In the polishing mixed bed, an ion exchange device in which anion and cation exchange resins are filled in the same exchanger in a certain proportion, also becomes a mixed ion exchanger. After the influent water passes through the polishing mixed bed, the hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions in the water immediately generate water molecules (H2O) with a very low degree of ionization. It is rarely possible to form counter ions during cation or anion exchange, which can make the exchange reaction proceed very well. thorough. The quality of the living water is excellent. It can be divided into a first-level polishing mixed bed and a second-level polishing mixed bed. The first-level polishing mixed bed purifies to make the water quality resistivity more than 16 MΩ. Up to 18 MΩ or more.
(3) Electronic control module
Imported electrical components are adopted, and the system realizes automatic control; each component is interlocked and protected, and is equipped with ultra-pure water conductivity, pressure and other alarm devices. The selection of high-quality electronic control system can realize the operation control mode combining automatic and manual operation. The standard signal collected by the on-site online detection instrument is processed in a centralized manner, and the control signal is output. When the system's water supply is insufficient and the effluent water quality exceeds the target, the system will automatically take corresponding actions.
