Warranty: 12 months (excluded artificial damage)

Spare parts changing (over warranty): Buyer pay freight and normal sales price of spare parts,

 we will take cost only without any margin.

Installation: a. buyer installed by themselves according to our brief guidance;

                      b. we send technician to install, buyer should pay the related cost. 

Technology service: Any technology of our sold items, we will provide for buyer freely within our ability.

And buyer will get our catalogue book (including technical and our newest products info) for free.
