VPSA oxygen production system is mainly composed of blower, vacuum pump, switch valve, adsorbent and oxygen buffer tank. After removing dust particles by suction filter, the raw air is pressurized by Roots blower to 30-50kpa and enters one of the adsorption towers. Then nitrogen is loaded with activated alumina for adsorption, and then nitrogen is loaded with zeolite molecular sieve on top of activated alumina for adsorption. Oxygen (including argon) as a non-adsorption component is discharged to the oxygen buffer tank from the top outlet of the absorber as a product. When the adsorbent adsorption to a certain extent, the adsorbent will reach saturation state, at this time through the switch valve vacuum pump for vacuum (opposite to the direction of adsorption), vacuum degree is 60-75Pa. The adsorbent of water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and a small amount of other gas components are pumped and pumped until the adsorbent is regenerated.
