Battery Management System Wiring Harness

Wire harnesses inside the BMS is a wires collection to connect the battery pack to the BMS, which includes the signal wires transmitting parameters information of the battery packs, power cords and switch wires that control the power charge and release. Designs of wiring harnesses need to take into account the size of the current, the stability of the voltage and protection measures, to make sure that the cable assembly can transmit data and electricity stabily and ensure the safe and smooth work of the battery pack.
