The on-board air conditioner is composed of compressor, condenser, throttling element, evaporator, fan and necessary control components, which is used to regulate the temperature and humidity in the vehicle and provide a comfortable environment for passengers. When the compressor is working, the compressor absorbs the low temperature and low pressure gaseous refrigerant coming out of the evaporator. After compression, the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant will rise and be sent to the condenser. In the condenser, the high temperature and high pressure gaseous refrigerant transfers heat to the outside air passing through the condenser and liquefies into liquid. When the liquid refrigerant flows through the throttling device, the temperature and pressure drop and enter the evaporator. In the evaporator, the low temperature and low pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs the heat of the air in the vehicle passing through the evaporator and evaporates into gas. The gas is sucked in by the compressor for the next cycle. In this way, through the circulation of refrigerant in the system, the heat of the air inside the vehicle is continuously absorbed and discharged into the air outside the vehicle, so that the temperature of the air inside the vehicle gradually decreases.
