Grinding chamber、main motor and pedestal

The final size of finished products depend on the gap space between rotary pulverizing blade and stable pulverizing blade. At the same time, to bring down the temperature speedily through cooling-water to grinding room and stable pulverizing head. The material of Pulverizing Disc blade adopts SKD-11 Material. The pulverizing disc can be taken down easily and be reused by sharpened.

Main shaft bearing adopts import trademark: NSK. Oil seal adopts import trademark: HSH. Cooling and lubrication system are matched in the place of shaft to ensure the temperature of shaft in normal working ≤85℃.The main shaft has the treatment of dynamic balancing to make sure that main frame runs smoothly and less vibrating. Integration of grinding room and main motor has a small foot-print, and installed easily.
