PE PP film bags pelletizing machine
LLDPE HDPE LDPE PE PP plastic recycling pelletizing machine is mainly used for the plastic film/bags recycling granulating, It include compactor machine which can pre-compact the film into smaller granules, then easily feed into screw barrel .
The efficiency is high and it can help to improve production capacity .it has vacuum exhausting system on extruder barrel which can fully vent the moisture of the material and then the final granule quality will be very perfect. At the end of screw barrel, it equipped with double station fast speed hydraulic non -stop screen filter exchanger which can efficiently filter out the dirty in the plastic melt.
The pelletizing line adopts water cooling pelletizing which is easier to operate, and the shape and appearance of granule is better.

Application:
cut film into flakes, and compress the film flakes, then send the compressed film into extruder, it can improve the production capacity.

1.There is a temperature testing point inside the machine.
2. There is a light for checking the material inside of compactor.
3.There is a water sprinkler inside of compactor.When the temperature of barrel is high temperature, the water spray system will be automatic spray the water.

Feature:
1.The transmission system adopts German’s technology. Three bearings horizontal design, SKF bearing, oiled lubrication，imported seal. The machine of transmission system adopts spring pin for overload protection and overflow protection, and the electric elements adopt overflow protection.
2.The Extruder die-head with working pressure sensor system.
3. The motor of extruder with high current protect system and low current project system.
4. The screw barrel with temperature control
protect system ,when the temperature of screw and barrel is not reach the requirement setting temperature ,the extruder can not start running.
