300 P Lift Modernization Project

300 P is an elevator model designed for low to mid rise residential and commercial buildings for the Asia Pacific markets, including Australia and New Zealand. It was available in mini machine room (MMR) and machine room less (MRL) type. This model is equipped with gearless VVVF frequency drive and a "cost of service" traffic algorithms control system to optimize elevator performance. It was also possible to be combined with Miconic 10 destination dispatch system as an option.
