Preform Strain Viewer ( Polariscope)

This Cosmetic Defect Inspection Equipment consists of XYR three-axis motion platform, line light source and line scan camera.

The XYR platform is equipped with a fixture. Place the mobile phone glass on the fixture. The line scan camera and the line scan light source are kept still, and the side appearance of the mobile phone glass is detected through XYR three-axis linkage.

During the three-axis linkage process, the distance between the side of the glass and the line scan camera lens is always kept within a tolerance range of plus or minus 0.1; and the linear speed of the line scan needs to be guaranteed to be uniform. The types of defects that can be inspected include chipping, scratches, etc.
