Triple finishing agent EE-8300 is a white emulsion chemical product of 36% concentration of weak cation,PH value of 4.0-6.0(1% aqueous),can be dispersed in water in any proportion.C6 fluorinated water repellent EE-8300 is a weak cation finishing agent.
