FE-310 fabric water and oil repellent is a high-performance perfluorocarbon resin solution. A single product can endow textile fabrics with lasting water and oil repellent double-effect protection. FE-310 is suitable for a variety of natural or synthetic fibers, providing protection without affecting the breathability of the fabric itself.Compared with the Waterproof Agent for Coated Fabric FE-210, the waterproof additive FE-310 has more functions, and its washability is better if the crosslinking agent FX-01 is added.
The fabric should be cleaned before FE-310 treatment, as far as possible to remove the residues of various processing aids, such as: slurry, alkali, printing glue and so on. Such substances can affect the absorption and penetration of fabrics when treated with FE-310, having an impact on final performance and durability. Recommended pretreatment conditions for fabrics: ph (5.5~6.5), alkali content (such as NaOH, 0.0%-0.5%), residual surfactant dose), moderate foam, etc. Minimize the residue of these two substances as much as possible.
