E0-RFP is a very environmentally friendly Water/oil Repellent, completely free of APEO and PFCS, so there is no need to worry about any environmental pollution. At the same time, compared with Waterproof Auxiliaries E0-REP, Textile Water Repellent E0-RFP has more functions. The seam slip of the fabric after processing is small and the fabric surface feels soft. Its initial waterproof performance is also very good. If Cross-linking agent FX-01 is added, the waterproof durability will be better.
The fabric should be cleaned before EO-REP treatment to remove as much as possible the residues of various processing aids, such as: pulp, alkali, printing glue, etc. Such substances can affect the absorption and penetration of fabrics when treated with EO-REP, having an impact on final performance and durability. Recommended pretreatment conditions for fabrics: ph (5.5~6.5), alkali content (such as NaOH, 0.0%-0.5%), residual surfactant dose), moderate foam, etc. Minimize the residue of these two substances as much as possible.
