The working principle of the automatic quantitative filling machine is driven by the transmission machinery, so that each process link can coordinate the division of labor, and truly achieve the effect of linkage.
The transmission device drives the filling valve and the in and out bottle shifting wheel to rotate at an appropriate speed. The empty bottles transported through the chain channel are brought under the filling valve by the in bottle shifting wheel. After the corresponding filling valve detects the empty bottles, it starts to fill accurately and quantitatively. The filled bottles are brought out by the out bottle shifting wheel and sent to the chain channel for output.
