Air source processor is a device used to filter water and oil in compressed air,
When in use, it only needs to be connected in series on the compressed air pipeline.

1. There are two ways of filter drainage: differential pressure drainage and manual drainage. During manual drainage, the water level must be discharged before reaching the level below the filter element.
2. When adjusting the pressure, before turning the knob, please pull it up first and then turn it. Press down the knob for positioning. Turn the knob to the right to increase the outlet pressure, and turn the knob to the left to decrease the outlet pressure. When adjusting the pressure, it should be gradually and evenly adjusted to the required pressure value, not in one step.
3. How to use the oil feeder: JIS k2233 oil (ISO vg32 or equivalent oil) is used for the oil feeder. Please don't fill more than 8% of the cup. The number 0 is the minimum oil quantity and the number 9 is the maximum oil quantity. It cannot be rotated from 9-0 position, and it must be rotated clockwise.
a. According to the parameters of pipe diameter, flow rate, pressure regulation and filtration precision, the air combination required by the system is selected;
b. There are seven kinds of air filters with filtration accuracy of 2um, 5um, 10um, 20um, 40um, 70UM and 100um, and suitable products can be selected according to the air quality requirements;
c. When using the pressure reducing valve, try to avoid using the lower limit of the pressure regulating range, and select the appropriate pressure reducing valve according to the requirements of the service pressure;
d. Installation sequence: starting from the inflow end of the air source, connect the air filter, pressure reducing valve and oil mist atomizer at one time. The direction of the arrow on the element shell is the direction of the air flow and cannot be reversed;
e. The air filter and oil mist filter must be installed vertically with the cup side facing down;
f. Once the oil atomizer reverses, it will cause damage to internal parts and danger, so it should be avoided;
g. When installing and connecting, avoid mixing the sealing tape, rust and other impurities into the pipeline.
