This style has two cutting modes (please choose the suitable one):
1. Hot/cold cutting mode: can cut not loose zippers, Velcro, plastic hose, paper, thin wire, ear cord, and etc. If the ironing effect requirements are not high, this mode can also cut elastic band, strong band, round flat rope, and etc.
2. Single hot mode: can cut helmet strap, elastic band, nylon rope, round flat rope and other materials with high ironing effect requirements, sealing edge ironing effect is more perfect.

High speed steel cutter

Cutting knife speed and feeding speed are adjustable. High speed steel knife can cut ultra-wide materials.

Knife mold can be customized, choose one of above to meet your production requirement.
