6mm Diameter Miniature Ball Screw for CNC machine

This ball screw gives you the option of precise linear positioning. Ballscrews have excellent repeatability and extremely low backlash.

They provide greater accuracy than chain based positioning systems.

1. High durability
The rolling contact parts of the steel balls are all treated by hardening (HRC58 ~ 63) and precision ground.
2. Good synchronization
Due to the smooth motion, responsiveness, no blockage, and no slippage, using several sets of the same ball screw traditional system to drive several identical components or devices at the same time, a good synchronization effect can be obtained.
3. High reliability
Compared with other transmission machinery and hydraulic transmission, the failure rate of the ball screw transmission system is very low, and the maintenance is relatively simple. It only needs general lubrication and dust prevention, and can work without lubrication in special occasions.
4. No backlash and high rigidity
The ball screw drive system adopts the Gothic arch groove shape, which makes the best contact between the steel ball and the groove for easy operation. If the proper preload is added to eliminate the axial clearance, the balls will have better rigidity, reduce the elastic deformation between the balls, the nut and the screw, and achieve higher precision.
