Applications include relay coils, head coils, LCD coils, transformers, ignition coils, inductors, sensor coils, solenoids, and other winding products.
Main Features:
The motion of the wire guide can be freely programmed on all 3 axes (X, Y and Z). Programmable nozzle movement through 0°, 45°, and 90° angles can be in both radial and axial pins
Advanced marketing winding, wire cutting on spindle pins, nozzle cutting or through air pliers (the method can be selected by the operator and set in the program).
Programming is simplified by an instructional programming system using a 15-inch touch screen, a Windows™ -based graphical interface, an industrial PC with USB, Ethernet and DVD ROM facilities.
Easy-to-change tools and machine Settings can be called from the on-board computer for product replacement.
Fully comply with CE standard.
