Isocyanate Silane is a kind of silane with isocyanate functional group, which is used as crosslinking agent and adhesion promotor in adhesives and sealants. It can adhere to various substrates, common and uncommon; excellent wet adhesion performance on glass, metal and other inorganic substrates; also can adhere well to difficult-to-adhere substrates, such as nylon and other plastics product. It can be hydrolyzed quickly in the presence of atmospheric humidity, and has very thermal, chemical and UV stability. This series od products can be used to synthesize MS resin.

CHARACTERISTIC AND USAGE

CHEERSIL 907M/907E/907DM/907DE Silane is a new type of coupling agent with reactivity and crosslinking ability. It can be hydrolyzed and react with moisture, alcohols, amines etc., so it is widely used in nature or synthesized rubber, resin-fiberglass composites as reinforcing agent and used as adhesive promoter in composite materials, coating, ink, adhesive and sealant etc. Specially, it is also used as end-capper for polyether, polyester or polyurethane prepolymer which are used for sealants or adhesives.

The product should be hermetically stored, because of its reactivity, it will be hydrolyzed, polymerized and then crosslinked by

moisture .
