Product Introduction

Cheersil 8300 Silicone Oil contains carbon hydroxyl active functional groups with C-OH structure, which can utilize the reactivity of hydroxyl groups to react with isocyanate groups, carboxyl groups, anhydride groups, epoxy groups, etc. in organic polymers, thereby introducing polysiloxane chains into organic polymers in the form of Si-C bonds. It is commonly used for modifying polyurethane resins, polyester resins, and epoxy resins, and has better hydrolysis stability compared with forming Si-O-C structures through Si-OH introduction. For example, replacing a portion of ethylene glycol with Cheersil 8300 for copolymerization can improve the resilience, flexibility, tear strength, wear resistance, heat resistance, and other properties of polyester fibers and films. Reacting this Reactive Silicone Fluid with isocyanates as a modifier for polyurethane resins can improve their molding and processing properties.

Furthermore, Cheersil 8300 Silicone Fluid can also be used as a hydrophilic lubricant or release agent. It finds applications in the formulation of cosmetics, where it improves the dispersibility of powders in cosmetics, inhibits the settling and aggregation of powders in cosmetics, and enhances the coating properties of cosmetics.

Cheersil 8300 silicone fluid contains Carbinol reactive group with C-OH structure, which can react with isocyanate, carboxyl, anhydride, epoxy and other groups, so the polysiloxane chains are introduced into organic polymer in the form of Si-C bond. Cheersil 8300 is commonly used for the modification of polyurethane, polyester, epoxy and other resins, which has better hydrolytic stability compared with Si-O-C structure formed by introducing Si-OH, Cheersil 8300 silicone fluid can also be used as hydrophilic lubricant or release agent.

Packaging and Storage

◆The product is packed in 25L or 200L inner coating iron drum with net weight 20kg or 195kg.

◆The product is stored in a sealed state at normal temperature, and the validity period is 12 months from the date of production.
