Product Introduction

Cheersil 8200 is one of the high-performance Silicone Products commonly referred to as epoxy capper. It contains reactive epoxy groups, which are used to synthesize epoxy-terminated polysiloxanes and various functional modified Silicone Oil, especially frequently used for the synthesis of ternary copolymer modified amino Silicone Fluid. The functional modified silicone oil synthesized with this product can be used to modify organic resins, improving their flexibility, smoothness, isolation properties, and heat resistance. The ternary copolymer modified amino silicone fluid can be used for multifunctional finishing of textiles, enhancing the softness and smoothness of fabrics. For instance, the silicone epoxy resin synthesized with epoxy double-capped siloxane combines the unique properties of silicone resins, such as high and low temperature resistance, electrical insulation, aging resistance, and low surface tension, with the excellent mechanical properties and adhesion strength of epoxy resins. It can be widely applied in coatings, adhesives, composite resin matrices, electronic packaging materials, and other fields.

Application    

CHEERSIL 8200 has reactive epoxy group, which is used to synthesize polysiloxane with epoxy group end sealing. It can be used to synthesize a variety of functional modified silicone oil, especially for the synthesis of ternary copolymerized modified amino silicone oil, which is used for the multifunctional finishing of textiles. The functional modified silicone oil synthesized with this product can also be used for the modification of organic resins to improve the softness, smoothness, isolation, heat resistance and other characteristics.

Packaging and Storage

uThis product is packed in 25L or 200L inner coating iron drum, with net weight of 25KG or 200KG each drum.

uThe product is stored in a sealed state at normal temperature, and the validity period is 12 months from the date of production.
