HIGH FREQUENCY HELICAL SERRATED FINNED TUBES

Unidus-Fin can produces Welded Finned Tubes in many different tube sizes, ranging from 3/4″ up to 7″ OD and with an a variety of fin configurations and metal combinations to meet your heat transfer needs. Unidus-Fin also produces High Frequency Welded Finned Pipe.

Tube Sizes: 7/5″ O.D. to 6.625″ O.D.
Fin Heights: ¼” to 1″
Fin Thicknesses: 20 ga. (.035″) to 12 ga. (.102″)
Fin Pitch: 1 to 7 fins per inch
Material: Any material or combination that can be resistance or arc welded.

The more common pipe and tube materials that we use are: Carbon Steel, Chrome Moly, Stainless Steel and Nickel Alloys which can be furnished in lengths up to 100 feet. The more common fin materials are: Carbon Steel, 304, 316, 321, and 409 Stainless Steels.

Tube Sizes: 3/4″ O.D. to 8″ NPS (8.625″ O.D.)
Fin Heights: 3/8″ to 1 ½”
Fin Thicknesses: 22 ga. (.035″) to 12 ga. (.102″)
Fin Pitch: 1 to 7 fins per inch
Material: Any material or combination that can be resistance or arc welded.
