Steel Color Coating Line Process adopts four-roll coater, two-coating and two-baking process. Its curing adopts indirect heating method to ensure the quality of the surface paint film. The Aluminium Color Coating Line production line is equipped with multiple sets of tension rollers, which can meet the needs of the production of various specifications. At the same time, multiple sets of centering devices are used to ensure the accuracy of coating and the high-speed operation of the unit. The production line can produce polyester, silicon modified polyester, polyurethane, polyvinylidene fluoride, high polyester, epoxy resin, acrylic and other different kinds of products to meet the needs of customers.
