 This device is designed to directly extruded PE sheets, which after wound by clad aluminum at both sides and hot rolling, are cut into flat aluminum plastic composite sheet.

1.This machine is specially used for processing and manufacturing Non-combustible FR A2 ACP with the highest fireproof grade. Finished panels have the characteristics of smooth surface, uniform speed and excellent peeling strength, etc.

 2. Combined with our special A2 non-combustible core material formula and mature A2 core recoiling technique, offering lasting and reliable solutions to customers.

 3.The capacity of the continuous line is 3-7m/min, length of the production line is 100m, the size of the final panel is 3-18m long, 900-1200mm wide, 20-150mm thick, the valid length of double belt conveyor is 24m, the total power is 300KW;
