1-Do you offer samples? Is it for free or I shall pay?

We can offer our stock samples for free, you only need to stand for the carrier charge. If you do customized sample, we will have to charge the mould fee.

Yes, we have designers, please send your products and all accessories.

We need 1) Specifications; 2) Quantity; 3)Material &Thickness; 4) Printing Then full quotation will be offered withon 24 hours

4-- What format design file you need for mould production?

CAD  CDR

5--What’s the trade term and payment term ?

30% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

6--Can we have our logo engraved onto the trays and boxes ? 

Yes, please send your logo design to me before we start mould production.

7--How long it takes for mass production ?

15 days in total, 9 days mould production, 6 days mass production.

8--How can I know if my goods have been shipped?

Detailed picturess of every process should sent to you during production.and while loading.  

9--In which way of shipping can I choose ? how long is the shipping time of each option?

For samples-DHL, UPS,TNT,FEDEX, by air, etc, 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery.

For mass production, 10 to 30 workdays by ocean.

10-- How much is the shipping charge?

Our logistic partners will quote to you the shipping freight according to the order quantity, gross weight volumn, and port of destination or to your warehouse.

11--How can you guarantee your quality? If we are not satisfied your quality, what will you do ?

Normally we do samples for your confirmation, and production will be same as the samples.
