If the screw is too small or too short, the air-blowing type (pipe conveying) machine cannot realize automatic screw feeding. The robot drives the electric screwdriver to absorb the screws and move and lock them (locking screws one by one). The screw is mainly used by the adsorption force generated by the compressed air of the electric screwdriver. A single screw is removed, and then it is positioned to the product hole position, and the electric screwdriver is automatically locked into the product.

The suction type is generally suitable for screws that are relatively small in length, light in weight, and cannot be achieved by air blowing. It is suitable for most screws.
