XCUR-M4025 is a single-component, moisture-reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive, suit for paper and pretreated transparent film(BOPP、CPP、PA film etc.)composite.

Characterristic and application:

Characterristic: Long operation time for resin, low operation temperature, good coating performance, high strength cohesion.

Application: Can be widely used in food, medicine, daily necessities and other packaging bags.

Processing advice:

1.Temperature: 70-90℃;

2.Relative moisture:>50%,if you need to speed up the curing rate, you can increase the moisture,Optimum moisture 60-80%;

3.Coating amount: 1~4g/m2, can be adjusted according to reality;

4.Solidification: 25 ~ 35 ℃, after 24 hours, come to the next operation; The final full cure must be stored at ambient temperature for 7-10 days;

5.Since PUR hot melt adhesive is a moisture curing type polyurethane resin, so it must be stored in a sealed bag, if exposed to moisture, the surface cures to form rubber and the viscosity increases dramatically;

6.After opening the bag, it is recommended to use it as soon as possible, but it should not be exposed to the air for a long time;

7.Guarantee period: 6 months.

Cleaning:

1.If the composite equipment is stopped for more than 60 minutes, the measuring roller and transfer roller must be thoroughly cleaned with solvent.

2.Detergent: Ethyl acetate, butanone.

Precautions for use:

1.When using, personnel should take good protective equipment to avoid high temperature scald;

2.The product contains a small amount of isocyanate, in order to avoid prolonged exposure to allergy symptoms, please use in a well-ventilated environment.
