③ Characteristics and Applications
Characteristics：Long operation time ,strong initial viscosity ,fast curing speed, good stability with high temp, excellent hydrolysis resistance , soft after curing ,and high strength and toughness.
Applications：Be widely used as general fabrics.

⑤ Processing Advice
1.Processing Temp：110~120℃；
2.Processing Humidity ：>50%,Please increase the ambient humidity when speeding up the curing time.
3.PUR hot melting adhesive belongs to moisture curing type polyurethane resin ,store PUR in sealed packages.When contacting with the moisture ,the surface of PUR will cure to form a rubber cover and the viscosity will increase sharply.
4. Please use the product up constantly after opening the packages. Do not be exposed to the air for long.
5.Shelf life:6 months
⑥ Cleaning
1.Use the rap to wipe the nozzle or drum to remove excess PUR hot melt adhesive.
2.Add exclusive PUR cleaning agent mixed with unreacted PUR hot melt adhesive for 5-10 minutes.
⑦ Caution
1.Wear protective equipment to avoid high temp burns.
The product contains a small amount of isocyanate, please use it in a well- ventilated environment to avoid allergy symptoms .
