1.Characterristic: Long operation time for resin, low operation temperature, strong initial adhesive force, fast curing speed, soft handle after curing, and also have high strength and high toughness effect.

V. Processing advice
1. Processing temperature: 90~120℃;
2. Processing humidity: >50%, if you need to speed up the curing speed, you can increase the ambient humidity properly;
3. Since PUR hot melt adhesive is a moisture curing type polyurethane resin, so it must be stored in a sealed bag, if exposed to moisture, the surface cures to form rubber and the viscosity increases dramatically;
4. After opening the bag, it is recommended to use it as soon as possible, but it should not be exposed to the air for a long time;
5. Shelf life：6 months.
VI. Cleaning
1.Use waste cloth to wipe nozzle or barrel to remove excess PUR hot melt adhesive;
2.Add special PUR detergent to mix with unreacted PUR hot melt adhesive for 5~10 minutes.
VII. Precautions for use
1.When using, personnel should take good protective equipment to avoid high temperature scald;
2.The product contains a small amount of isocyanate, in order to avoid prolonged exposure to allergy symptoms, please use in a well-ventilated environment.
