Sharps Disposal Containers for Needles and Syringes

The sharps container is used to hold the needles of syringes, infusion sets and other disposable items; all kinds of blades, scalp needles, suture needles, ampoules, small glass and other sharps, to collect the whole set of syringes with blood, blood transfusion sets, blood bags, etc. Medical equipment that comes into contact with blood; other medical dangerous infectious items that are required to be placed in sharps boxes.

Sharps Containers have special Dual-lock System, with the temporary closure to seal the container for while, and permanent closure to seal the container completely. It gives you great flexibility in disposable sharps treatment.

The sharps box is a one-time-use item, which must be recycled by the medical waste disposal unit within 48 hours and completely and safely incinerated.
 
How to use the medical sharps bin:
1. Install the medical biohazard container: dock the box body with the box cover and press down firmly to install it as a whole.
2. Rotate the red rotating disc on the top cover left and right to open or close the sharps box. Rotate counterclockwise to open and clockwise to close.
3. Collection of syringe needles: Insert the needle into the drop-shaped hole, hold it at the interface between the nipple of the syringe and the needle, press the needle slightly outward, and the syringe needle will automatically fall into the sharps box.
4. Collection of sharp parts of the infusion set: hold the hose of the infusion set, insert the sharp part into the large opening of the top cover, cut it with scissors, and the sharp part will fall into the medical sharps box.
5. Sharp objects such as blades or glass, as well as bloody contaminated items such as syringes and infusion sets for blood transfusion can be directly put into the large opening on the top.
6. When the sharps box is filled to 70% of its volume, the sharps box should be closed: turn the red rotary disk on the top cover clockwise, and press hard on the cocked part of the red top cover after hearing the sound of "click" With one click, the entire sharps box is securely locked.
