SRL-W series horizontal mixing unit is composed of U-shaped container, spiral belt mixing blade and transmission parts; the long U-shaped cylinder structure ensures the small resistance movement of the mixed materials (powder and semi fluid) in the cylinder. The spiral blade is usually made of double or three layers. The outer spiral gathers the material from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral transports the material from the center to the two sides, which can form more vortices in the flow, accelerate the mixing speed and improve the mixing uniformity; Compared with the large torque of gear reducer, the elastic connection of belt drive has the advantage of protecting transmission parts when overload.
