Features:

The core part of screw adopts auto circular water cooling system, in order to raise efficiency, According to customer’s material formulation,we choose the screw with most reasonable structure,with the aim of reaching the best plastication status,as well as good material floating quality. 

The reduction box and distribution case adopt imported bearings and oil seals. Gear wheel is made of 38CrMoAlA,with nitriding treatment.

Temperature control system adopts imported temperature gauge and contactor,with the controlling precision reaching.

Driving motor adopts AC or DC motor,with motor speed controlled separately by imported invertor,or british electric system is equipped with error alarming device,as weel as current overload protector.
