The complete PVC granulating line consists of

1. PVC Mixer (mixing PVC + CACO3 and other addictives)

2. Conical Twin Screw Extruder

3. Hot Cut Pelletizer

4. Air Cooling Blower + Silos

To ensure the performance of the extruder, we use good design and good components to build the extruder. We have small control box could rotate 360 degree for easy operation. The main motor is from Siemens and the inverter is from ABB. We use Omron from Japan to control temperature and the low voltage electrics are from Siemens, Schneider.

The PVC mixer is also necessary for mixing PVC, CACO3 and other addictives.
