• Optimized designed tooling, precise fabricated, high quality material; Match with double/multi position puller and cutter, can realize dual or multi strand extrusion by one die;
• 3-Dimension adjustable vacuum calibrating unit, optimized vacuum switch, flow switch, multiple choices of dies.
• Dynamic balance type caterpillar haul-off, frequency conversion/DC speeding, stable running , convenient operation;
• Cutter adopts professional designed saw blade, controlled by PLC, smooth flat cut;
• Optimized length counter and dust collector configuration.
