Processless Printing Aluminum Plate is kind if plate specialized for violet ctp platesetters for hight-level printing ,Long Run Lengh Ctp Plate can be scanned by 410mm laser ontrolled by computer ,and mounted on the press for printing after preheating ,rising ,developing,etc. The plate isapplid many latest technologies like excellent roughed aluminum substrate,high-resolution formulation design and advanced mlti-layer coationg technology. These avanced technologiedensure the quality and stable property.

Operation

Unpack under day light or yellow light, it is suggested that the plate making room avoid natural light. For manual or semi-automatic plate-making equipments, when loading and unloading plates, we should avoid scratch, which may in uence plate properties.

Transportation and Storage

Packed in seal and stored by means of preventing from light/moisture, over heat and high humidity. Recommended conditions: 18°C~24°C, 40%~50% RH

1. After imaging exposure, the longest time which plate can be placed for without affecting the printing quality is the latent image stabilization.

2. The paper number of start-up is the paper number at loss from the rst paper to providing completely clean background.

3. Printing methods: rstly clean the ink on the rubber blanket with washing water, run water roller 30 to 60 seconds, and then close the ink roller to run for 20-40 seconds and nally start paper printing.
