POE solar film extrusion line

Basic properties of Polyolefin elastomer:



1. POE has the general characteristics of thermoplastic elastomers. The flexible chain crimp structure of octene and the crystalline ethylene chain serve as physical crosslinking points, so that it has both excellent toughness and good processability.

2. Low price and relatively small density, so low volume price;

3. Excellent heat and cold resistance, wide range of operating temperature;

4. Good weather resistance and aging resistance. Because there is no unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure of POE plastics, it has excellent aging resistance.

5. Oil resistance, compression resistance and abrasion resistance are not so good;

6. POE plastics have narrow molecular  distribution, good fluidity and good compatibility with polyolefin.

7. Good fluidity not only can improve the dispersion effect of filler, but also can improve the strength of products weld mark.


Characteristics of Gwell POE film extrusion line:

1. The salivation extruder adopts multi-machine co-extrusion POE single screw extruder, the screw cylinder constant temperature circulating water cooling system.

2. The roller body is embossed on both sides.

3. The cooling part adopts the cooling roller and the stress relief cold bed to make the film run smoothly and fully finalize the design, ensuring the shrinkage rate is less than 3%.

4. The whole line adopts PLC automatic control to realize man-machine interface operation.
