The Single Plate Flap Check Valve is one kind of non return valve. It allows the fluid to flow only in the desired direction. The design is such that any flow or pressure in the opposite direction is mechanically restricted from occurring.

The Single Plate Flap Check Valve is used to prevent backflow of fluid, which could damage equipment or upset the process. The non return valve of Single Plate Flap Check Valve is especially useful in protecting a pump in liquid applications or a compressor in gas applications from backflow when the pump or compressor is shut down. Ball check valve is also applied in process systems that have varying pressures, which must be kept separate.

The Single Plate Flap Check Valve is mainly used in the pipeline outlet of the water supply and drainage system, petroleum, chemical industry and other industrial sectors. Due to the slant design of the sealing ring of the rubber check valve, the closing time is short and the water hammer pressure can be reduced. The disc is made of nitrile rubber and steel plate through high temperature (vulcanization). It is easy to be washed and sealed. The product structure is simple, maintenance, maintenance and transportation are convenient.
