RSF’s manufacturing factory of ball valve components produce forged steel ball valve body, ball valve closure, ball valve stem(shaft), ball, trunnion, gland flange, actuator adaptor, seat ring, fittings of ball valve, etc.

We have completed ball valve components production line to serve oil and gas industry valves customers, our factory has forging workshop, heat treatment workshop, CNC machining workshop, and we have our own ISO17025 certified laboratory.

Our products range of ball valve components includes ball valve body, ball valve closure, ball valve stem (shaft), ball, ball valve trunnion, ball valve gland flange, actuator adaptor, seat ring, fittings of ball valve, tailor-made ball valve components, ball valve parts, ball valve trim components, etc.

Our fittings of trunnion mounted ball valve include plug, drain, grease injector, etc.

Our Forged Steel Finish Machining Body of Ball Valve includes floating ball valve body and closure, trunnion mounted ball valve body and closure.

As well as the finish machining ball valve body, we also provide Forging of Ball Valve Body and closure which haven't been machined.

Material: A105N, LF2, 4130/4140, F316, F316L, F304, F304L, 17-4PH (UNS S 17400), F51, F53, F55, 410, F6A, F60 etc.

Testing: Chemical Properties Testing, Mechanical Properties Testing (Tensile, Hardness, Impact) 

Dimension Check & Visual Check: 3D Geometrical Tolerance Check, Roughness Check, Dimensions

NDT: PT, MT, UT, PMI

Certificates: ISO 9001:2015, API 20B, API 20C, AD2000, PED97/23/EC, NORSOK M650-F51/F53/F55/F316/LF2
