CNC Machined Investment Casting Lever of Ball Valve

SUZHOU RSF VALE has been supplying tailor-made investment castings of valve parts ( valve body, valve bonnet, handwheel, handle lever, etc) of gate valve, non-return check valve, globe valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, etc to our global customers since 15years ago. 

We produce castings with four processes: investment casting, combined investment casting, sodium silicate casting and sand casting. We are equipped with AOD furnace, VOD furnace and full set of testing facilities. We have obtained many certifications from international and Chinese organizations: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, TUV PED 97/23EC, ASME MO, API Q1/6D/600/6A/20A, CCS Works Approval etc.

Our current annual capacity is 28,000 tons for investment casting and 20,000 tons for sand casting, the max single casting weight is up to 10 tons. Valve casting size range is from 1/2” to 48”, pressure range is from 150LB to 4500LB. We produce castings in a variety of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and duplex stainless steels.
