Our Forged Steel Finish Machining Closure of Ball Valve includes floating ball valve closure and body, trunnion mounted ball valve closure and body.

Material:  Carbon steel： A105N, LF2; Stainless Steel: 4130/4140, F316, F316L, F304, F304L, 17-4PH (UNS S 17400), F51, F53, F55, 410, F6A, F60 etc.

Testing: Chemical Properties Testing, Mechanical Properties Testing (Tensile, Hardness, Impact) 

Dimension Check & Visual Check: 3D Geometrical Tolerance Check, Roughness Check, Dimensions

NDT: PT, MT, UT, PMI
