RSF’s manufacturing factory of API 6D trunnion mounted ball valve components produce forged steel ball valve body, ball valve closure, stem of ball valve (shaft), forged steel ball of ball valve, trunnion of ball valve, forged steel gland flange of ball valve, actuator adaptor, seat ring, ball valve trim components, fittings etc.

We have completed production line which including forging workshop, heat treatment workshop, CNC machining workshop, and we have our own ISO17025 certified laboratory.  To make perfect cladding of ball valve body and closure, we invest in automatic welding machine, and our WPS and PQR have been approved by TUV. We have already supplied millions pcs of ball valve components to our customers of oil and gas industry valves manufactuers. 

The ball valve Components:  finish machining forged steel body of ball valve, closure of ball valve parts, valve stem of ball valve (shaft), forged steel ball of ball valve, trunnion, gland flange, actuator adaptor, seat ring, fittings, tailor-made API 6D trunnion mounted ball valve components or floating ball valve parts.

Material: A105N, LF2, 4130/4140, F316, F316L, F304, F304L, 17-4PH (UNS S 17400), F51, F53, F55, 410, F6A, F60 etc.

Testing: Chemical Properties Testing, Mechanical Properties Testing (Tensile, Hardness, Impact)

Dimension Check & Visual Check: 3D Geometrical Tolerance Check, Roughness Check, Dimensions Check

NDT: PT, MT, UT, RT, PMI

Certificates: ISO 9001:2015, API 20B, API 20C, AD2000, PED97/23/EC, NORSOK M650-F51/F53/F55/F316/LF2
