CNC Machined Aluminium Plate

Material used is Aluminium 6061 with a tolerance range of 0.01 range and the plate dimensions is 600 by 500 by 20. Surface finished flatness is 0.2 and surface treatment is sand blasting with clear anodised.

Grand Nakamura Machinery & Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd (GNS for short) was established in 2003 and specialised in customised CNC milling and CNC turning machining parts. In addition, GNS also specialised in contract manufacturing from precision machining to assembly of automation equipment that covers from medical industry, automotive, electronic, aerospace, semiconductor and handphone industries.

Till date, GNS has 3 1.2m CNC, 3 0.8m CNC and 1 0.5m CNC. We also have CNC turning machine, grinding machine and conventional milling.

On the QC aspect, GNS is ISO 9001:2015 certified and has 2 CMM (1.2m CMM and 0.5m CMM), 1 Tesa height gauge and 1 profile projector.

Customers are from Europe, USA, Japan and Singapore.

GNS are registered to do international trade.
