1. Are you factory or trading company ? 

-We are manufacturing factory. Our head office in Suzhou city ,Nearby Shanghai port. And our factory are located in Anhui Province.

2.Can you provide samples of the snake cooling tube ?

-Our products are customized and under non-disclosure agreement,so we can not ship the ready part to you .We can do snake tube prototype sample very quickly.Normal lead time will be 4-6 weeks.

3.What size do you have ?

-We have extrusion size for 18650 cells, 21700 cell and 4680 cell.

4.Can you make inlet  or outlet connectors ?

-We can customize inlet or outlet connectors in our CNC center.Usually the sizes depend on the plastic quick connectors.
