Description

New Energy Car Battery Pack Metal Liquid Cold Plate are generally made of two spaced thin sheets, (laser) welded to each other. The space between the plates is pressurized to deform one or both plates in order to provide a space in which a cooling medium can circulate.

Once the two thin sheets are laser welded together - (by welding a custom circle pattern) - spot welds are then created to form channels. Additional welding paths are often added to allow adjustments and to control direction and velocity which optimizes the cold plate.
