1) Corrosion resistance:Salt spray test:
A.epoxy coated aluminum foil:500 Hours,class 8 in PH<7;
B.hydrophilic aluminum foil:500 Hours,class 9.5 in PH=7.
2)Hydrophilicity:Primary contact angle 10°;Continuous contact angle:20°.
3)Adherence strength:Erichsen test(pressed depth 5mm),no peeling off;Gridding test(100/100):No separating.
4)Oil proof:Dipped in volatile oil for 24 hours,no blister on the coating layer.
5)No strange odor.
6)Abrasion to mold:The same as ordinary aluminum foil.
