The module-level liquid cooling plate or aluminum water cooling plate is used as a module inside the battery pack. It is generally placed under the battery module and directly contacts the battery for heat dissipation. The design of each car manufacturer is very different. Most of the design structure is battery module-liquid cold plate. There are also a few manufacturers. In order to better solve the heat dissipation problem, the parallel structure of battery and module is used. Below is the battery module-liquid cooling plate-battery module-liquid cooling plate.
