Declutch Gearbox with Lock device
It is kind of valve gearboxs used on part turn valves likes ball valve, butterfly valve, plug valve, the top connecting rod can be connected directly to the actuator, no need for converter. Bottom octagonal holes can directly connected to ISO-compliant valves.
Two limit bolts. Manual adjustment of ±15° is possible at the 0° and 90° positions.External handle. Switching between automation and manual control can be realized by turning the handle, which is easy and quick to operate. When the handle is turned, the internal force point is more uniform,so the service time is longer.
Thrust roller bearings on worm gears increase work efficiency.
Used in conjunction with pneumatic actuators. After no air entering into actuators, valves can operate normally. Our products can also be directly connected to valves(without shaft).
