Electric Double Girder Overhead Crane Kit has all components except main girder, which includes hoist (electric wire rope hoist,electric chain hoist),power supply system (such as electric control cabinet,festoon cable), end carriage and travel units, control system(crane pendant,crane remote control) and etc. Crane Kit Total film thickness is about 180 mm.

Primer: epoxy primer, film thickness 60 mm;

Intermediate paint: epoxy thick lacquer for medium lacquer, film thickness 60 mm;
Top coat: polyurethane topcoat, 60 mm thick;

Safety features

1. Weight overload protection device: If the material is over the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.
