Sinking & floating washing tank is the key PET Washing Recycling Line in the whole Washing Recycling Equipment plant.
When filled with waters in the tanks,The material with density lower than water density will be float,such as the PP and PE. The material with density higher than the water density will sink down,like the PET, PVC,PVB, stones,dust,glasses,metals ect. We could separate main material with other types efficiently. Meanwhile, after washed by large amount of water, Hot Washing Machine materials will get more clean with this processing. Pe Film Washing Recycling Equipment rollers equipped will help improve cleaning effect and pushing material forward to next step. In PET line, the PET flakes sink down will be discharge out with screw feeder from bottom.
Except the support frame and platform, All the material used in the tank body and inside parts are all made of stainless steel.
