Plastic film Compactor double stage pelletizing line

PP film Compactor double stage Pe Film Single Stage Pelletizing Line is equipped with a cutter compactor ( agglomerator) on main Single Screw Extruder compared with the ordinary Plastic Granulator machine. This new design makes the machine in compact structure,Meanwhile, the material will be pre-heated,cut,mixed to granulas shape and feed into extruder evenly. The degassing system and hydraulic screen changer equipped on main Double Screw Extruder For Stretch Film for get high purity pellets finally. The second stage (baby extruder) could be choosed sepecially for some recycled materials which not clean enough. Double Screw Extruder with double filtering system will improve the final pellets quality.The cutting system adopts to  die face (water-ring) or strand( spaghetti) cutting for varies material application. Downstream machine has water-ring cutting system,Plastic Film Pelletizing Machine,dewatering machine ,cooling tank,,air blowing &silo.

Double stage extruder is normally choosed for recycled film material with some moisture percent,such as washed PE films/ PP raffia/ woven ect.
