PP PE Film Plastic Compactor Pelletizing Line

PE film Compactor single stage Plastic Film Pelletizing Machine is equipped with a cutter compactor ( agglomerator) on main Hdpe Film Single Screw Extruder compared with the ordinary Pp Regrind Flakes Granulating Machine. This new design makes the machine in compact structure,Meanwhile, the material will be pre-heated,cut,mixed to granulas shape and feed into Single Screw Extruder evenly. The degassing system and hydraulic screen changer equipped on extuder for get high purity pellets finally.The cutting system adopts to  die face (water-ring) or strand( spaghetti) cutting for varies material application. Downstream machine has water-ring cutting system,Pp Film Double Stage Pelletizing Line,dewatering machine ,cooling tank,,air blowing &silo.

Plastic Single Screw Extruder is normally designed for good cleanliness and low moisture material,such as leftover material from the film/bag production line, printed films ect.

Applicable plastic materials: PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, BOPP, PET,PA/Nylon, etc
Material shapes: film, bag,fiber,rope scrap

Material types: rolls, loose, bundled

Material comes from offcut, industry defective materials, washed materials and printed materials
